Vulcan blankets are suitable for all printing processes and disciplines, including sheetfed (conventional, UV and hybrid),heatset and coldset web,continuous forms presses,coating and stripping blankets as well as metal decorating. A complete range of underblankets and packings is also available.
Our washes are suitable for all sheetfed, and heatset and coldset web presses. Washes for manual systems and automatic systems, where conventional or UV inks are used, are available. We have a comprehensive range of fountain solutions, many of which are FOGRA approved. Available for sheetfed, and both coldset and heatset web processes, our founts have been formulated for maximum efficiency. This includes good lubricity, and antibacterial, anti-corrosion and low foam properties. They can be used with normal levels of alcohol, low alcohol or alcohol-free and RO water systems.
Our printcom Coatings are formulated using premium grade raw materials and the latest production technology. They include aqueous and UV cured coatings that are specifically designed for the requirements of manroland presses but are just as effective with other manufacturers’ equipment.
RotaDyne is the second largest roller manufacturer in the world and manufactures to the exacting requirements of original equipment manufacturers, as well as repairing or recovering rollers for end users. The range of press ready rollers are held in stock ready for immediate dispatch for next day delivery and their rollers have been designed to be suitable for use with both conventional and UV inks. A roller fitting service is also available on certain presses, with settings adjusted to manufacturers’ recommendations, ensuring excellent ink/damping application and reduced wash-up times, maximising roller life expectancy. The quality of manufacture also means that they last longer than other manufacturers’ rollers and we provide a roller charter that includes a guarantee on their service life.
Products have undergone rigorous testing at manroland facilities in Germany to ensure their suitability to work with and enhance the capabilities of manroland’s own presses.
